30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you’re eligible for a free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.

📦 How to Request a Return:

Please email us at [camilla.flora25@gmail.com] within 30 days and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once approved, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 5–10 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, 
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to size charts carefully)

European Union 14 day cooling off period

f your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it was approved or denied. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank/credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
